Pera's East Midlands Based Conference Facilities range from rooms to seat 10 boardroom style, to a conference hall that can seat up to 500 theatre style. What makes Pera different, is the fact that we do not simply sell space and then leave our clients to do the rest. We work with out clients leading up to and during their events to ensure that things run smoothly. Our flexible approach, and on-site support team, ensures that last minute changes can nearly always be accommodated.
In addition, we are also able to offer on-site IT support to help when the technology fails. Our 'no hidden costs policy' means that you are aware from the start of the event exactly how much your event will cost, and with a day delegate rate starting as low as £27.50 plus VAT, we are more affordable than you would think of such a first class facility.
Audio Visual
The conference hall has a fully integrated sound system including tie, lectern, desk and roaming microphones, together with LCD/PC for powerpoint presentations, and DVD/CD player included within the day delegate rate. For events with 75 or more, we are also able to provide a sound technician to be on-hand for the duration of the event.
All other rooms have OHP, screens, and flip charts with pads and pens included within the day delegate rate. In addition, we can hire in additional LCD projectors and PC's for powerpoint presentations, or alternatively you are more than welcome to bring along your own.
